PROCESS
CONSULTATION
After taking in any necessary information about your project we will schedule an in-person consultation to get to know each other. Our goal is to make sure we are a great fit to work together and take on your project for you. This gives us a space to go into more depth about your project as well.
DESIGN
This is the phase where we work side by side the designer and architect to make sure all parties are on the same page from the very beginning. This helps us to understand the project better and really know what will need to go into the project. This is also our time to make sure that the design aligns with budget and that the scope of work doesn’t creep beyond your planned budget.
PRECONSTRUCTION
After we have a completed design package in hand we can begin our preconstruction process. This is the phase where we sit down with the entire team, go through plans, line item budget, and establish our schedule. Think of this as an instruction manual for how to remodel or construct your home.
BUILD
This is the stage where your project comes to life, it will be a rollercoaster with ups and downs. This is where we shine to make sure you are comfortable and informed through the entire journey. You’ll get to see all the hard work that went into the plans come to life.
COMPLETION
Nearing the end of the project our team creates an extremely detailed punch list to ensure high quality control. Once we have completed our punch list we invite you to come in and note any punch list items you may have. We will do a final clean and turn the space over. Now you can relax in your brand new space.
